He was prompt with all deadlines, or ahead of his schedule, and gave further recommendations for work required outside of his expertise. We commissioned Justin to design our home extension based on the Google reviews and I am happy to say we were not disappointed. We were clueless on the process of submitting planning applications or what planning regulations would permit. Justin came up with some great designs based on our lifestyle and liaised closely with the planning officer before submitting the application - the work he put in beforehand meant that the application sailed through without any conditions. JMJ Architecture had been recommended to us by a local builder and Justin didn't disappoint. From the first appointment to the last, he was always on time and a pleasure to work with.The project we asked Justin to under take was an interior remodelling to create an open plan kitchen and lounge area incorporating large glass sliders and removing a number of internal walls.We didn't have a great deal of experience of a project like this, so could have been easily confused on how to proceed, but Justin made the whole process extremely simple and in fact .... enjoyable.He took ownership of everything from start to finish, from creating the plans down to getting the structural calculations done.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JMJ Architecture to anyone, the plans and calculations delivered to us were of very high quality and the attention to detail second to none.

We sought out an architect to help us plan our L wrap around ground floor house extension and found Justin at JMJ Architecture. I'm glad we did, from the very beginning we knew we made the right choice, I am a very particular person when it comes to making the big decisions.Justin was very helpful in answering our concerns on the process from paper to build as we didn't know where to start. Justin takes on board what you need from the extension and expands on it with other options and things you would never think of. The plans are highly detailed and it is not much trouble to amend where needed until you are happy.Justin has helped us with the planning approval process and also works with a structural engineer to ensure no detail is left unturned and all up to date with building reg's and codes.Justin has a reputation of very high quality work which many builders appreciate for accuracy and to avoid ambiguity in the plans.Overall, we are extremely happy with the service provided and Justin is always on hand to answer and guide us in the process post-plans also. I cannot recommend Justin enough and is worth ever penny. We are now in the process of getting a builder on board for the next step.
