Very happy to have undergone a major dental procedure performed by Dr Sisi and Sarah. Very professional, high quality results, safety always in mind, and have addressed all my concerns. I felt calm and relaxed all the time I was in the clinic, and the outcome was a success. Together with the rest of the team at Harbourfront Dental, they have provided me an overall wonderful experience which I highly recommend to anyone in search of the best dental service in town.

I had two fillings completed in less than hour with minimal discomfort. The dentist might be young, but he's skilled.

I started going to this dental practice about a year ago and I'm really happy with them! Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. My regular hygienist, Vinny, is just the best! She's super precise and painless with cleanings, and is a treasure of a person who is friendly as heck and great to chat with. Cleanings always zoom by!I am uninsured and I appreciate that they are always very accommodating with up-front discussing costs of services when I request it, delaying certain services when I ask them to, etc. They are always very kind and understanding about this, which I appreciate.Overall really glad I started coming here.

Amazing dental office that I would recommend to anyone. Very professional and knowledgeable dentists and hygienists and gentle at the same time. My checkup appointments are so thorough. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years through a referral and can’t be happier.

There’s a higher than zero chance that these people will drive you insane.These people will bombard you with emails and phone calls for YEARS, even after requesting to be removed from their lists MANY times.Mind you it's not because you owe them anything. It’s because they apparently just enjoy harassing people who no longer want to frequent their office.Incidentally, I stopped wanting to frequent their offices because they bombarded me with endless emails!Regarding the last point, they’re in gross violation of Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). For starters, they send out unsolicited emails. I’ve called them numerous time to ask them to stop , but apparently I'd be better off discusing differential calculus with a potato. On top of that, their emails don’t have an unsubscribe mechanism, something all commercial emails must have.Even when I marked their emails as spam, they still found a way to get into my inbox instead of going directly to spam.Then there are the endless phone calls and voicemails requesting you to book an appointment, ignoring the fact that you’ve called and emailed them on several occasions requesting that they never contact you again.They just don’t care.Perhaps they think I have Alzheimer’s and hope that I'll simply forget the years of annoyance they put me through.Perhaps they sold their email list to Jen Shah, and she’s angling for one more big score before going to prison.Who knows?What I do know, however, is that there are only two things that’ll survive a nuclear apocalypse: cockroaches and Harbourfront Dental’s unsolicited attempts at communicating with you.

The team here is great,from the reception to the Dental team. I normally have Dr. SiSi ,Sarah and Tenesha. I feel comfortable with everyone. Been with this Dental office for 35years. That should tell you something. They take the time to explain all procedures, payment and follow up. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming and now, you get to play pacman, while you wait. I love it! I haven’t felt the most comfortable with my last dentist, nor did I think I was getting my moneys worth. I decided to change to this dentist after seeing some reviews, and now I know what it really feels to have clean teeth. The office was super clean, and vibrant which instantly made me feel comfortable. Shoutouts to Kathy for making me the perfect molds and trays for my whitening kit, and big shoutouts to my new hygienist Laura, and for once I actually look forward to my next visit at the dentist !

Been coming here off and on literally since the late 80's. These are good people.

Recently visited for some dental work, and had a great experience.The front end staff were very helpful, courteous and accomodating. Laura the hygienst, Dr Sasan and his assistant Kathy were very professional, compassionate and attentive, throughout my entire treatment process.Highly recommend
