This garage is Amazing!We live in Medicine Hat, and were at our seasonal campsite about 35 minutes from Cardston.Saturday morning my truck wouldn't start even after we got a new battery that Wednesday.Everything between Pincher Creek and Cardston was closed for the weekend.Come Monday morning I started calling garages in Pincher Creek. Nobody could help me.I called Ricky's. They said they could fit me in.I got my truck towed down and was waiting in the lobby and overheard the receptionist saying they were booking into July 11 (2 weeks out)I asked the owner how I got in so soon.He told me he always takes care of hisnoitnof town clients because he doesn't want anyone stranded out of town.This is high quality customer service. Thank you again for taking great care of us!

Had a appointment for just an oil change and mentioned in passing a known exhaust system noise that was just having to live with. They compleated the oil change and exhaust manifold so no more rattle and buzz. It is such a relief without that minor annoyance anymore. Thank you for going beyond and taking care of that unlike the other shops I have asked them to look at and try and fix but nothing happens. So again thank you for going above and beyond.

My car died just outside of cardston and I was able to coast it into the ricks automotive parking lot. I am glad I picked that mechanic shop! I rolled in at 5:01 on the Friday before the long weekend and was so grateful that Rick and Chantai were still there to help! Chantai even gave us a ride to a friends house in cardston where we were able to wait for my husband to come pick us up. Ricks was able to get the parts in and the car fixed way faster than expected and the bill was even less than expected! I would highly recommend ricks automotive to anybody in the cardston area looking for a great mechanic!

Car broke down in Cardston & luckily we pulled in to Rick's, they did a thorough investigation on the car and gave an honest and straightforward explanation of everything, even included photos. They let us hang out in their lobby while we waited for the tow truck, and even offered to drive us to Lethbridge if the tow didn't show up! Can't recommend these guys enough, amazing service from some awesome people.
