This is only about their lack of info about their washing section.Went for years to bath and dry my fluffy boy, which takes a long time because of his thick coat. I always check to make sure I'm not hogging the bath and I try to keep it as clean as possible. However, I was recently told by a staff member for the first time that customers are only allowed to use it for 1 hour. Like I said, I've gone there for years to bathe my puppy and never was I told there was a limit to the washing section and my dog usually takes 2 hours because of his coat. Not only that but nowhere in the store, by the station, or online does there say there's a time limit.This station was a really big help for saving money, keeping my dog's coat in healthy condition, had late hours, and near my home. I would also have been willing to pay for the extra hour but was not given that option.For anyone who wants to bring their furry friend there for a bath and dry, make sure they have a coat like a lab or boxer. Any longer and you risk leaving with a damp puppy that could lead to hotspots.Hope this helps anyone who wonders if they can use the station or not.

In store is always good but my review is about their terrible website.You can't change the store location from Bramathorpe..it doesn't want to allow you to use filters to find exact product..I thought it was just a one time issue from 6 weeks ago but its still the same!!Either fix it or remove the website just useless to customers

Its local, but prices are pretty steep, and finding someone who's not a teenager to give advice about food, PFFFFT good luck

Great staff always friendly and helpful. If they don't have the products you want for your pet the can order it in. Great place to go get your dog groomed or to give your dog a nice bath yourself. Great store to visit.

Not very customer oriented no smiles or attention to your animal looks like a bad place to work prices are too high and increase weekly

Great place. They found a better dry food for my dog and it made a huge difference. He is now much happier with his food and it made him much healthier. They told me I could have even gotten a full refund if I was not happy as they are more concerned about making my dog healthy than making a quick buck. Very happy with the service.
