The team was professional, polite (very nice!!), thorough, and quick!! We had some challenging windows but they had no problems reaching them. They did a great job!!! Will definitely call them to clean again!

We have now used this company several times and have consistently had a positive experience. Their crew is polite, efficient and they do a great job too! I really appreciated the reminder message and phone call to let us know when they were on their way to our house. The price point for their services it's also very reasonable. All in all, I would have no hesitations recommending them to a friend!

The people who gave me an estimate over the phone were not very realistic. They promised to be able to do the job but when the workers came to clean the windows of my condo, they said it was not possible. I would need to hire someone else.

Have used Picture Perfect a handful of times now. They are quick and efficient and the price is reasonable. This last time they seemed to forget to wipe down my sills and frames which was a nice touch in the past so I had to do that myself. Otherwise, they respond quickly to emails and rectified a previous issue promptly!

I always use this company, the staff are professional, well trained, friendly and hard working. Truly nice people! I would highly recommend!!

Unfortunately the last time they were here, they did a very poor job. I was assured that someone would come back and do the job properly and nobody came here. Cleaned the exterior windows on my triplex and I was very pleased. On time, great job and pricing was competitive. Will definitely every year!
