Ultra Comfort Mississauga

Just had an excellent installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. The installers Adam was very friendly and cleaned up after their work. Great job. I have used Ultra Comfort Mississauga for previous installs as well as annual maintenance for over 20 years.

They were communicative by phone and text, punctual and efficient. They performed the necessary repairs to our heater quickly and left me with some useful tips on the heater and our other appliances. Will call them again when we need help!

There was a smell coming from my fireplace so I got John the technician to come inspect it.He suds the pipes and control panel with soap to check for bubbles in case of a gas leak. Even though there were no bubbles at all, he says there's a gas leak.We go to the basement to check the gas valve and we found out the valve wasn't even on... Embarassing. How can there be gas leaking upstairs if the valve isn't even on?So what was the smell? Just some buildup of debris that was cleaned away with the soap. Guy charged me $339 for 30 minutes of work; $150 of it for gas leak in main pipe inside fireplace".Definitely watch out for the predatory pricing."

These people are absolute snakes. I came in here to get some of the ember fill for a gas fireplace. They had small bags behind the counter, about the size of a small bag of sugar. I asked for a bag, and he charged me $25. After i paid, he took a bag from the shelf, cut it open, took a small amount(not even a handful), put it into a ziploc bag, and then handed it to me. I told him he had sold me the full bag. He started yelling at me, calling me a liar. He had his employees come out to back him up, refusing to give me my money back or the rest of the bag. Unbelievable. AVOID THIS PLACE

Bought a furnace a while back. Was not going to leave a review but now the furnace is not working after a year so i decided i would. Horrible buying experience with these guys. The guy i dealt with was not upfront whatsoever...He charged me an extra hundred for any unforseen installation issues and when the job was done the installer also wanted an extra hundred cash. The installation was sloppy, rushed and they made a huge mess thruout my home. The glue they used to connect the pvc pipe was everywhere. i was embarrased to show family the new furnace as it looked like it was installed by a 4 year old. And now it does not work. time to find a reputable company to fix it. leaving a 1 star review only because zero stars is not an option

I strongly recommend you stay away from this store. I bought a napoleon prestige 665 and 2 years later the decals on the control panel came off. I went in to see them and they immediately told me that it was not their problem and that they could not help me.

Professional and courteous service. Adam was great to deal with. Arrived on time and fixed our ac issue quickly even though it was after hours. We also appreciated his honesty.Thanks Adam!

Their equipment breaks down within a short time frame and then want you to buy a new one. I’ve bought 5 things and something is always wrong with the units. They were supposed to fix my unit and never came back told us they had to come in the summer. Highly do not recommend them!

We have been a customer of Ultra comfort for several years and will never come back again. We purchased a fireplace along with a conversation kit for my daughter on August 26, 2020 and paid for everything in full prior to pick up. The conversation kit was on back order and when we picked up the fireplace we were told they will receive it in a week and will give us a call. Never received a call, have contacted the company multiple times and have gone in to speak to Sam who we bought the fireplace from but unfortunately each time we ended up with John who refused to help. It has been almost three months and still we have heard nothing. I visited the location again and encountered John once more in person. Never have I dealt with the most disrespectful individual, I was told he cannot help me and it is my problem to deal with and that I should call the company again, ask to speak to the proper sales person and come in when they tell me to come in. Oddly enough, two weeks prior I did call in and was told it will arrive on a Wednesday, my daughter went in, who lives an hour away and spoke to John who told her “why are you here, I told your father it will come in tomorrow” got her phone number and said he will call her tomorrow with a time and never did. By this point it is not about the money that we paid for the kit but the respect that you have for your customer. I told John that it doesn’t look like I can do business here anymore if this is how they treat their customers and he laughed and said they all say that and went back to staring at his phone. I asked him to refund me the money that we paid for the kit and he abruptly said “NO, your talking to the wrong person” We tried to resolve this issue over the phone and in person and unfortunately got nowhere. Hopefully this review catches the companies attention to really watch who is representing their business. Fortunately for us there are plenty of other businesses that provide the same product but with much more care for their customers.
