Thank you staff in Oak neighbourhood for taking good care of our mom/grandma. She has been so much healthier since she’s moved in.Thank you Pam for your quick correspondence, and Sam for arranging all our FaceTimes and spending quality time with her. She is lucky to such good caregivers. You can see how hard all the staff work…especially during Covid.I hope they know what impact they have in their residents’ lives.
