Bought a new stihl chain saw, always has issues starting. Brought it back asking what was wrong. They changed the carburetor and fuel line, cost $80 which wasn't approved by me. Found out my neighbour bought one for his son. Same issue starting. He got a new one because of faulty fuel line I was told I didn't use it enough. Go figure. Haven't been back since.

Our family was on a camping trip west of Caroline on a wet weekend.I was cutting wood with my chainsaw when I suddenly lost my sprocket washer and e clip. This essentially crippled my saw.I called the local NAPA, who I understood to be the only people in town with parts.Although they were missing one of the parts, they took out off of a new saw in order to get me operational again. They also put it back together for me and found that my sprocket bearing was melted beyond recognition. Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone!Thank you so much for saving our weekend.
