Worst company I've ever worked for. Too cheap to hire on temps as full on employees, even if they've worked there for years. They like to take advantage of you working the same as anyone else for less. All you are is a number, nothing more. Team and Line Leaders" are all idiots that have no idea what they're even doing half the time

A terrible company with no care at all about the employees especially when there is a harassment incident. I had a teamleader called Paul, he shouted to me and talked to me in a very bad way and the company told me we can’t take further actions against him!! I would never work in this company again.

Terrible work place, they treaty you in different way, they do discrimination on permanent hiring( some people work more than a year do not hire them for permanent, but for others who spent few months give the opportunity). They take advantage of the hard working people. Do not recommend any one to work over here.

If you ever see a hiring position for Production line worker, I am telling you right now from experience, dont work here, there are more options out there that wont be pushing yourself to the limits, here you will never get used to the continuous lifting, bad management, dirty workplace, many negative people along with teamleaders and line leaders,

Security guy is so rude (Black guy). I am a local truck driver, I usually come here all other staff is good but he never shows some respect or he never helps in any way.

July 05 2022 between 12:00 to 01:00pm the security guard (black guys)on the massey rd enteres ,he is very rood with truck driver .he behaves like a honor.talk always unrespected .never come out side for see da seal number and allway need seal inside for number in papper works,if you talk anything with him he didn’t gave a papper for shipping window and when shipping window want that security papper then truck driver again walk to da security and bring papper for shipping window.Reques to Policon please askhim to do good work and respect to all senior person
