Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. Absolutely the best counselor me and my family have ever used. What can I say about Limitless Wellness and Sarah Flynn? Sarah was there for me at a time when I really needed her. I was going through a rough time and decided to seek out a therapist because I knew I needed help and I was ready to take that next step. I did a google search for therapists in my area and Limitless Wellness kept popping up. And I kept going back to it whenever I did a new search. I knew Sarah was the right counselor for me just by the tone and welcoming feelings I got from her website. My initial contact with her was done via phone so she could go over what the initial appointments would be like and ask a little about my history and why I was seeking counseling. She was very kind on the phone and that made the decision and transition to counseling so much easier. My first appointment was shortly after that call. I was nervous and a little scared and Sarah put me at ease, she told me it was perfectly normal to feel what I was feeling. She had a very warm, calm, and welcoming private space for our sessions which made me feel very comfortable. I always felt that I was heard and that she had my best interests at heart. I could tell she genuinely cared about me and she would do whatever she could to help me through my issues. I was in counseling with Sarah for about 15 months and I am grateful for every single session. She helped me in so many ways, with so many things. I HIGHLY recommend Sarah Flynn/Limitless Wellness if you feel that counseling and/or a life coach is what you need. I know it's a scary first step but it is worth it in the end, especially with Sarah in your corner.

I’ve seen Laurie Schuerbeke for about a year, almost weekly. We really developed a bond and a comfort level where I can share all that I need to. She’s been very understanding and insightful. She’s very warm and caring. A great listener and very thoughtful in her insights and feedback. I’ve learned a lot about myself and come a long way. I appreciate all that she has done for me. I recommend her services to anyone who needs help with their past/present/future.

Couples counseling with Trish has changed our marriage entirely within less than a few months.. I made an appointment with Chrissandra Unger when I was feeling stuck and stagnant after going through a period of grieving. We had a twenty minute introductory visit and then made an appointment. Chrissandra is open and informative and made me feel very comfortable before and during my first Biofield Tuning appointment.I wasn’t sure what to expect so I went in feeling as open to the new experience as I could, even though I was a bit nervous. The Biofield tuning was way more than just talking about the present to get to the past, it was like a mini theme park ride through my life - think It’s A Small World at Disneyland, but with your own theme song.After the treatment I felt as though my energy was scrubbed a little cleaner - and opened up for more flow. I’m able to access questions I have for myself and can talk them through with Chrissandra. I feel lighter and brighter and like the Biofield tuning is dental floss for the soul.

Tyler is a very empathetic therapist who makes you feel like you are speaking with a supportive friend rather than a therapist. He is helping me through a traumatic and heart wrenching time in my life, and I could not have asked for a better therapist. If you are looking for someone who actively listens to you and provides resources and solutions to your issues, while providing you words of encouragement, then he is your person. I have had counselors in the past where it felt like I was speaking to a brick wall... after my first session with Tyler I felt comfortable and safe.

Laurie is an incredible therapist. She is warm and empathetic. You can feel that she is genuinely interested and understands. Her communication is clear and direct and it’s obvious her knowledge and experience is extensive. She has been so very effective with helping me get to my core feelings, develop specific strategies towards resolving my own inner issues and with guidance in making positive changes.
