Just finished getting my storage unit set up - was helped by Cameron. Excellent customer service he was very thorough, went over everything with me, showed me my unit and ensured I was comfortable getting in and locating it. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. He even stayed late to help myself and another customer so we could get set up today!

The staff was very friendly. My only complaint so far is when doing inspections please put a sign on the door explaining other than just be back at a certain time. Had to wait 15 min to complete papers to get into a unit that was already issued to me.

I rent 1 storage in this area.The storage is located in a safe and quiet location no residential houses around and facility is very neat too.but what i like most are person working in the site.big shout out to Kelly and Anooshka for a warm welcome, a good sense of humour and Very informative for every question that I ask.
