Kept me up to date at every step. Always called me back, and answered my questions in a timely manner. The whole process was seamless. Thank you Sarah!

Cannot thank everyone at Land Rover Peterborough enough! From the moment we walked in the customer service was first class!All staff were welcoming and you can clearly see they work as a team. Their knowledge is 10/10! We were looking at a specific vehicle, but the sales representative that dealt with us, worked on what we sought out of a car rather than what we had seen. He found one better than we originally wanted and it is a better fit for purpose.I do like to make sure we get the best deal, and ensured I looked around at what else was on the market at other Land Rover locations. I could not find anything that competed with the prices and value that Peterborough offered!Cannot recommend them enough! Price, value and customer care can not be beaten! We will be back! I want to give a massive thank you to Mike, Tyler, Kyle, Sarah and the rest of Marshall Land Rover Peterborough Team!

Took delivery of a Land Rover Discovery Commercial on Saturday, Sam Evans from the Jaguar part of the dealership who I dealt with was excellent through the transaction, dealing with the initial enquiry, sending pictures and video quickly and processing the whole deal very quickly and efficiently. Extremely helpful at the had over too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Recently bought a vehicle from the company and had nothing but first class service from Josh Lawson who did everything he could to ensure a smooth transaction. Any question was answered immediately, any query resolved satisfactorily and after sale care phone call to all is still well. Well done and thank you Josh.

I absolutely did not want to be writing a 1 star review but here I am with 2 x dart charge fines that I have so far received for my car whilst it was in your care, and I was assured that all crossings had been paid! Notified the salesman after I paid the first one and he said yep deffo all other ones have been paid. Well much to my surprise another fine landed on my door mat…now wondering if I am going to get a 3rd one for when the car was bought back! Called the dealership and was told a senior member of the team would call me back about the fines, but nobody has bothered to call me back and I shouldn’t have to keep chasing! This whole car purchase has been an absolute headache! I’m still not 100% happy with the body work but at this point I would rather get it sorted out myself where I know it’s actually getting done how I want it!

I have recently taken delivery of my new range rover evoque which is gorgeous. I just wanted to say how lovely Kyle was who sold us the car. Very efficient. Always kept us up to date on the order of the car. So friendly and really put you at ease. In fact all the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.Also Harriet who came and delivered my car to my home now that is service. She was brill. Very happy customer.

I was hugely impressed by the professionalism, diligence and patience Sarah offered me when selecting the right Discovery. The process was slick, with no added pressure to buy, that I had experienced at another LR dealership.More importantly, she was very kind in entertaining my 6 year old, and I don't think I would have proceeded without the honesty that she showed.The after sales has has been equally impressive, setting me up with the Incontrol app, checking in and ensuring I'm happy with my purchase.I would also like to make a special mention to Tyler in Finance, who also had a fabulous can do" attitude

Went to view a car seen online without a pre-booked appointment on a Saturday. Kyle was very efficient in welcoming us in the showroom and assisting with our request to view this vehicle. We purchased and part exchanged with them and the customer service was excellent and they were on hand to answer any queries throughout the process.
