Very high quality suits for excellent prices. Will be my future go to place for all suits, dress shirts, etc.It was a bit difficult getting customer support over the phone, but S&M did reply to all my email inquiries. However, given the excellent craftsmanship of the suit, I'm less picky about that

The quality of the clothes are extremely high, especially for the price. Strong craftsmanship, material quality etc. The pieces they put out are very impressive.Can’t speak to their in-person service, but their online service has always been perfect adequate for me. To those looking to purchase for the first time keep in mind1. They’re a small company, so it might not ship out/respond as fast as other larger companies.2. Highly highly recommend using the size chart for every single item. They do NOT use vanity sizing at all. If you don’t know your measurements, definitely get them first before placing any orders. Also account for some shrinkage depending on the item

As an owner of over 20 suits, ranging from bespoke to off the rack, I can attest that the value for money proposition offered here is second to none.With respect to customer service, Nathan and Leroy were exceptional. I am extremely satisfied with all of the suits I’ve received.I highly recommend all C-suite professionals to give this business an opportunity to surprise them. Reasonable prices are not indicative of any lesser quality when shopping at Spier and Mackay.

Poor fitting products, poor return policy. Customer service blacklists your account if you disagree with them on anything.The worst, snobbiest CS reps that don't even know their own policies. Gave me severe attitude and just seemed like they wanted to hang up on me right away.Overpriced clothes that don't match the fit on the tags. Made from thin cheap material. You could get better quality shirts at Walmart.

Great Suits for the price but Terrible Customer Service. Staff have no interest in helping you with anything. Had one of the bald gentlemen working on Saturday straight up ignore our question and walked away. If you are used to average or better customer service, walking in here will be a culture shock.Needless to say, I put down everything on the spot. The level of disrespect. You will have to pay me to shop here.

I'm very happy with my online order. I ordered a slim suit and a wool overcoat. I couldn't be happier. Ordering and shipping was excellent. The packaging was excellent. The customer service was excellent. Definitely coming back to Spier & Mackay for more in the future.

Great service by Amanda today in guiding me through the suit selection process. She gave me good sounding advice on a well fitting suit that fits my body. The rest of the team was nice and I had a good in-store experience. I will purchase my suit online due to the lack of stock for the color I wanted in my size, but I am glad I came in person.

Would purchase here again and again. Amazing service and beautiful fabrics. I purchased a custom made suit and the finished product was better than I imagined. Thank you! Looking forward to try the MTO program nextUpdate: I received my MTO sportcoat in sand hopsack Neapolitan cut and it was perfect! Very happy with finished product. Will definitely order more custom sportcoats and suits from here in the future.

Abysmal customer service. Spent 30 minutes at the store trying on suit jackets and was not acknowledged by the staff at all. I understand there are other customers being tended to but if you can’t even spare a simple hello, why would I spend any money here?

A nice selection of suits, accessories, and shoes. We bought two beautiful sets (jacket and pants). One for $550 and the other on clearance for just $250. The store associates were helpful, did measurements, and offered suggestions. Spier & MacKay also offered adjustments (pants were $12).
