We went with Rewis AGAIN!As our realtor, she helped us buy our first condo unit, at the right place, for an amazing price…lets just say below asking and well within our budget. She scheduled viewings for us at many different units, to help us understand the different layouts out there. This can be done virtually, but there is nothing better than viewing a place in person and Rewis did not hesitate to make it all possible. She was available anytime we had questions and also set us up with a good mortgage agent.On top of being exceptionally good at her job, she advised us to renovate our place by ourselves, as a mini project. She also recommended some contractors, so that we have enough information to understand and make the decision ourselves. We ultimately went with renovating it by ourselves. The entire process of buying our first place was made so smooth by Rewis. In addition to that, she made the closing day memorable and definitely had us celebrating this milestone.We will definitely go with Rewis for our next venture, and would recommend anyone else looking for a friend in a realtor to do the same.
