Went in to the store to pick up an item I needed immediately for work today. The item was advertised online as being available in-store at this location. When we arrived, the staff first said that they did not have any such product only to later indicate that they did have the product in the back of the store but, would not be willing to have anyone go looking for it.

Theres no information given prior to waiting in line, and the staff at the print desk didn't seem to be able to troubleshoot. We waited in line only to be given an instruction sheet on how to upload our photo, which we did, but had to wait again for customers in line after us to be helped before we could use the code we got from following the instructions. We asked for the photo to be printed 8x10 and they told us the picture was too big and they couldn't resize it and didn't know why.

Lamination services are not for professionals -The staff were great and the price was right but the final product was very low quality. I brought in 15 high quality 12x18 prints to be laminated and about half of the laminations failed. The staff were understanding saying the machine was ancient and they’d reprint and relaminate the photos free of charge. The reprints were lower quality on thinner paper and still had some bubbling. In a final attempt they said they would send them off to the main hub where they had a better machine and “would make it right”. Again, huge kudos to the staff who were great to work with.Unfortunately the prints that returned from the hub were the worst of the batch. The edges were ruffled and not fully sealed. Several had hairs, dust, and even a little rock under the laminate. I think Staples’ print and lamination services could work for affordable menus or classroom teaching aids but definitely not for professional photography.

If you are looking for the most unmotivated retail business in Guelph you've found it! Every single time (3 times in the last 2 months) I have been to this location they turn off the front lights at 10 minutes to closing. There are people in line paying for orders yet we are forced to pay in the dark, awesome! We get it, you really don't want to serve customers.Ever wonder why this new location is a third the size of their previous one? Nope, not Amazon but Staples Stone road atrocious customer service.

Average and smaller Staples. Workers seem to work slowly (or it’s just super understaffed) as lines at the print desk were atrociously long and barely moved. Also the cashier girl I had seemed to want nothing to do with me while I was trying to be nice. I like the other staples a lot better.

The staff are very friendly at this store. They lose a star from me because they don't seem to want to stock things in the store to the degree they used to and seem to always want to tell you that you can get this or that online. Example daytimers. They have some in store but many online... which is fine but if you are in store, it would be nice to get the item there vs. having to go online to get it if you are already there.

Thank you to Peter @ the print shop for excellent customer service today! He helped me efficiently solve a daunting problem that I have been putting off, but was incredibly important as a personal keepsake.

Very helpful staff. I had I believe his name was abdou, he was really fantastic in helping me return a product and upgrade to something better. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

I recently visited Stable with high hopes of getting my blueprints resized to a larger size. From the outside, the establishment appeared organized and clean, creating an initial impression of professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me thoroughly disappointed.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an unmotivated employee who seemed disinterested in assisting me. It was evident from the start that he lacked the necessary enthusiasm and customer service skills. As I began to ask questions regarding my specific needs, his fidgety demeanor and monotone voice further highlighted his lack of interest.Instead of providing me with the information I required, the employee seemed annoyed by my inquiries and responded in a dismissive manner. It was as if he expected me to be knowledgeable about everything and dismissed my genuine need for assistance. His condescending tone and failure to answer my questions properly only added to my frustration.When visiting a store for help, one expects to find supportive and knowledgeable staff members who are willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Stable. The employee's unhelpful attitude and lack of professionalism created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.Given my experience, I cannot recommend this location for any services. The lack of customer-oriented staff, coupled with their dismissive and uncooperative attitude, makes for an incredibly unpleasant visit. I sincerely hope that Stable takes customer feedback seriously and works towards improving their staff training and customer service standards.If you're seeking a place that values its customers and genuinely strives to provide a positive experience, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other establishments that will appreciate your business and offer the service you deserve.
