Maid In Victoria

We have tried other services with mixed results. One arrived [late] without any gear and asked for our vacuum and dusters?!Tom from Main in Victoria arrived on time for a 2 bed condo clean [plus baseboard wipe down!] with everything he needed and he did a very thorough job. 2.5hrs later our place was sparkling clean, it was a lovely thing to come home to after work :) [my partner was home during the cleaning] very reasonable pricing. We will have him back without hesitation!

I did not know what to expect with a new cleaning service but I was pleased with our house keeper. We had great communication before she cleaned our condo and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be booking again.

I was running behind with all thats needed to move out of my place. I called them and actually said not to worry. They came in and did a wonderful job. Really helped out.

I have used Maid in Victoria for several years now. They have always showed up early for the scheduled time of cleaning. The owner is very professional has excellent communication skills and will go above and beyond for their clients to ensure a positive experience. The attention to detail the cleaners have when cleaning my home is unmatched I am always 100% satisfied with how my home is left. I will always recommend Maid in Victoria

Not sure what went wrong but I know if I had spent 2 and half hours cleaning it would have looked way better. I could barely tell they had come. They seemed really nice though and responded to my complaint. I just wouldn't book online again in the future as I think it best to chat with a live person to understand their limits. Thanks for trying though!

Both times in the same week I hired Maid in Victoria to do a post-build clean and a move out clean. The cleaners in both cases were lovely people. I repeatedly expressed to the owner what was expected in both cleaning cases. The post build clean was fine but the move out was a disaster. Why? The owner did not listen to me spell out my expectations for the clean no less than 3 times did I mention walls to be washed… that there was a list and I gave it to the cleaners that day. Again a lovely couple arrived to clean and as the owner says it took 6 hours to clean my 450sq ft apt and I could barely tell they were there. I’m distressed that after verbally spelling out the hot items that were to be done, she created her own directive to her cleaners and low and behold the items that I repeatedly asked for were paramount to appease the Property Managers expectations. The business and cleaning practices are not acceptable. I am offended that the owner was not on point, didn’t listen and was accusatory when I brought my concerns forward. Steer clear or take your chance with this company and it’s owner.

I have used Maid In Victoria multiple times utilizing a variety of their services and have been completely satisfied each time.Communication was fast, they catered to my schedule and were understanding when i needed to reschedule and adjusted the clean to suit.I highly recommend Maid In Victoria, and i will gladly use again in the future.

DO NOT CHOOSE. Their cleaners did not clean the place per cleaning checklist gave at all and left without letting me know where were not cleaned. My landlord(property management company) need to hire their own cleaner at last minute before next tenant come in and charged me another cleaning fee. There were so many footprints left on the floor that the whole floor need to be mopped again. The oven, windows, lights, dryer were not cleaned although clearly instructed on the cleaning checklist. And the cleaners left a permanent ink mark on the counter top that cannot be removed. When I complained to the owner, the owner was VERY RUDE and did not apologize at all and just tell me they allow their cleaners to make mistakes and refused to offer any discounts and charged me full amount. It's clearly indicated on their website they will send out another team to re-clean or give you up to a full refund. It sounds like you have an option if you are not satisfied but you don't because they said they will only try to send out another team.

Every single time I’ve used them they’ve done so amazing. Only cleaning company I’ll use in the city! Did an incredible move out clean for me. Thank you again!!
