We are new clients. We were very pleased with the quality of care that was given to our puppy. The veterinarian thoroughly explained our pets health and future health requirements to keep a healthy, happy dog. The prices and quotes for future services were right on the mark. 5 stars from us!

vet itself is good, however their after hours service is extremely poor. We had been a client with our one of our dogs ( who has since passed) and with our new dog we found a vet closer to home. So we ran into a medical emergency last night and our vet wasnt getting back to us so we call hanover and all they said was Sorry we cant help you. Even when i said i didnt care about the cost. Still sorry we cant help you

I had a great visit. I brought my two big dogs in at the same time, and the team did a great job taking care of them. I don't say that lightly. Nice to have such a great Veterinarian team in the area.

These lovely folks have been my vet for over 6 years and have been nothing but wonderful. The staff are kind, patient and respectful. They have provided tremendous care to my animals. My dog got neutered this summer and the clinic was tremendously patient to answer all of my questions, including follow up questions.Prices have always been clearly laid out and the staff have always been straightforward.Overall, couldn't ask for a better veterinary experience!
