The people here don't even know what they are doing, barbers are like awful and they don't even give you a clean cut. Don't even talk to me about stylists, they are mean. They don't even try to understand, the lady who cut my hair today got frustrated because I told her to cut my hair a bit more short because she didn't understand what I wanted in the first place, how can you be a hair stylist when you can't give your customer what they want? Bad experience, seriously. Won't recommend it to anybody.

I came here for hair colouring and the older lady with white hair was my dresser and I asked her if my idea was a good idea which was bleaching it and she said well we could but it would take to long and i don’t wanna do that and I said ok just a cut then she rolled her eyes and said ok and well she was cutting it she was making rude comments on my hair and sent me out with a bad cut and wet hair

They do a great job..sometimes.. depends on who it is..some do a great job..some need to go back to school.. my hair is awful right now.. she messed up and did exactly what I told her NOT to do..they are just a bit too pricy..like almost 40 bucks for a haircut..that's insane..you ain't that good..sheees!! I'm not a hair dresser but even I do a better job..

I always take my son here for a haircut. But tonight I walked in and the girl said we're closed we can't take you. First of all it was 5:20 and there was plenty of time for his haircut. I ended up going to enviro trends and they took him in right away with no hesitation. Looks like I will be going there now. I absolutely hate snobby girls and the customer service was horrible!!!!

When I book a graduation hairstyle months in advance, I don't expect a big sigh that we didn't pre-wash to save her time, nor should I have to answer to 'do you want your hair blow dried after my own (poorly done cut). Felt like Edward scissor hands on speed.

I absolutely love this place! The staff are friendly and helpful. The owner, Louise knows more about hair than any person I have ever met in my lifetime and the barbers and stylists are talented and make you feel comfortable.Of course I am biased because I work there as a barber, but that doesn't mean that what I'm writing is untrue. They look after the clients during this Pandemic period, and they are very much cognizant about the clients safety and well-being.

The lady that cut my hair did not ask me what I wanted before cutting. I had to stop her & tell her how I wanted my hair cut. She didn't talk to me the whole time. I asked the receptionist for prices before going in. & When I came out to pay the total was 45$ more than I expected, do to the hairdresser washing & styling without telling me that it would be extra. I left very unhappy. When I called the next day telling the manager what had happened the manager was very nice & got me a new appointment to fix my hair. My second appointment was a much nicer experience.
