I came there 3 minutes before they closed and they locked the door on me 3 minutes to 6. To think I told them i was coming from far and I’m traveling tomorrow so it was imperative that I purchase some products quickly. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years buying my products for my clients faithfully and the disrespect I felt today I will never ever shop with you ppl and I’m gonna say discrimination played a role in this … and I’m not even done. This post is awareness for the respect they don’t have for black customers. Ima going to call the head office and ask them your opening and closing procedures. If it’s ok to turn your customers 3 minutes before it closes.

I've been coming to this location in brampton since 2013 and I have to say I've always had a warm greeting as soon as I enter the doors. While shopping I'm always closely monitored in case I have any questions or need assistance. The girls here are very pleasant and knowledgeable on any questions or concerns I've had I'm regards to products and color. I've given melissa some tough color correction questions and she has always been able to help me on the spot. Because of the environment here I have spent more money every visit with no regrets. I do visit other locations but I usually only get what I go for that day.Pam, melissa, and Sabrina are always my go to girls because of their positive attitude and I know I can trust everything they reccomend to me especially when trying new products. This industry can be tough but having people like these girls really brighten up my day!!

I love Cosmoprof brampton! Every employee here is always so kind, helpful and provide great customer service. Considering how difficult things they are still so positive and friendly. Did I mention they’re so helpful! Thank you for all you do.

Gail and Matthew were extremely helpful on the days that I've come to visit. They are very knowledgeable and accomodating. I used to hate going to the Brampton location because of the customer service, but I'm definitely coming back here again!

Rude and very disrespectful. Didn’t welcome when I enter the store. Felt racism however, when a white lady came in she welcomed her nicely. I asked her if they have magic clipper blade. She refused that they don’t have it and i have to go to wahl to buy it. But when I went for check out I clearly seen the blade behind her on the stack. She don’t deserve to work here. Better COSMOS PROF hire someone better who treat everyone equally and nicely. !!!!!!!

My absolute favourite place to go for my hairdressing needs. The team is amazing and informs me about the products I’m unsure about.Everything is very well priced and super easy to find in store. Stock is great considering we’re going through Covid-19. So worth driving the half hour!

I was not at all impressed with the Customer Service or lack there of! There are nice ways of saying we would like you to join our client club so we can verify your qualifications. You cant walk around in here!" Is not one of them. Won't be back. Lots of other places around."
