Made an order quite some time back for an anniversary. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses, chocolates and a teddy bear and I received hydrangeas and chocolate. Also hydrangeas are poisonous to cats so these flowers had to go straight into the garbage so safe to say my money was stolen by them and poor customer service.

Picked up flowers for a family members birthday yesterday and was so impressed at the size of the arrangement for the price. Everything was so full, fresh and fragrant. I had my 2 year old with me so the ladies went above and beyond bringing it out to my car and even gave my daughter a little pink flower of her own to hold onto - made her day.

I needed to send some sympathy flowers to family in Kitchener. I spoke to Sophia, described what I was looking for and how I wanted the bouquet to be. She nailed it! The flowers were gorgeous and just as I had requested! She even sent me a video of the bouquet before it went out and had it delivered on the same day. Couldn’t ask for more!

I randomly chose Julia Flowers for our niece's funeral. So glad I did! The deceased was a young woman and we wanted something youthful. The arrangements hit the mark. They were full, the colours were all coordinated and youthful and the arrangements had a designer's touch. Sophie was fantastic to work with and her suggestions and expertise were so greatly appreciated. Julia Flowers will be my go-to for all future flower needs.
