ZOR Sports Academy

First, I just want to say thank you to Coach Manny, Coach Harvey and the entire team at ZOR Basketball Academy for being so accommodating for us here at Queens Gate Academy. When I first contacted Coach Manny, he immediately jumped at the opportunity to help us out, even though it was halfway through the season already. He worked with us to develop a schedule to provide basketball training for our students 2 days/week, and we immediately began to see the results in their basketball skills shortly after the training sessions started. In fact, because of the amazing success we’ve had so far, the Coaches have developed a full year program for QGA commencing in September 2019, and I’m so thrilled to see our growth from here. Both coaches have become role models for our students and have inspired both boys and girls to pursue their passion for basketball. Their leadership and communication skills are by far the best that I have seen in coaches and even Phys Ed teachers, and I can’t wait to see where this journey continues to take us all. I would highly recommend ZOR Basketball Academy to anyone who is looking to develop their basketball skills – regardless of their age!

ZOR is doing wonderful things for the community! My nephew had nothing but amazing things to say about the warm and welcoming coaches. The team has excellent basketball knowledge and encourage the kids to excel and enhance their basketball skills. The coaches are also very approachable and provide honest feedback to the parents/aunts/uncles about how the kids are performing. They are always easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Love this organization!

My first experience with ZOR Basketball was truly an amazing experience. The coaching staff was very enthusiastic and I appreciated the extra one-on-one time the coaches spent with the kids to keep them motivated.I would definitely recommend this basketball organization for the positive culture it promotes for young kids.

My son has had an opportunity to train with Zor basketball and also to volunteer with them. The coaches are highly positive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Their interactions with the kids are always rooted in respect. As a volunteer, he has been exposed to a wealth of important skills and strategies that have helped him enormously both on and off the court. I have been very impressed with the comprehensive range of programs at Zor Basketball and would highly recommend.

The all coaches are outstanding .Coach Manny is an excellent ! My son has gained so much confidence as well as skill because of him. I have nothing but good words to say about ZOR Basketball Academy. I've known Manny for over 12 years and he's always been an incredible person. He's always had a passion to make an impact in society and with ZOR Basketball Academy, he's been doing just that! His leadership skills have allowed him to make a difference and grow his basketball program. He takes pride in helping the youth - which is one of his many great traits as a person. My daughters and son love Zor Basketball!The coaches are amazing, give great feedback, excellent balance between skills & drills and game time. I have seen the progression in my kids as the time goes by.I highly recommend this Centre for boys and girls!!

My sons went for one season and absolutely loved it! They both started with little and no knowledge of basketball. I saw so much progress in their game in such a short time. I was thrilled for them. They looked forward to being at practice and game day every week.The fact that all abilities are welcomed and encouraged and no one is turned away is amazing.The coaches really give teaching the sport their all. 100% satisfied!
