Well run, safe and fully compliant with the Toronto Shelter Standards. These folks are getting a very difficult to deliver service with grace and accountability. This site should be the example for the system to match and exceed. Excellent work Dixon Hall.

A place of respite. A quiet place. Both staff & residents respect themselves.

Amazing, Beautiful & Unconditionally Loving caretaker staff!! This place provides everything you could/should need for free!A comfortable cot with pillows, blankets to sleep in, delicious meals with vegetarian alternatives!, toiletries, laundry, books, television with requests accepted on Netflix!, stocked & clean washrooms, showers. No wake-up hours, and a reasonable 11pm lights out and 2am last call to make sure you are in and your spot is retained. They are very flexible and I actually feel unconditional love from the beautiful staff. If only they could be in charged of other vulnerable groups of people!!They clean in a reasonable manner and there is a staff of security watching over 24-7 to ensure every bodies safety.I feel very safe here in my time of need.If you ever need to depend on a service like this, you should be extremely lucky to end up in the care of these wonderful people.I couldn't possible thank them enough. ♡

Excellent staff

It kind of feels like a concentration camp or an internment camp otherwise the staff are pretty decent the facilities pretty clean but the visuals aspect of all of it and the comfort can be a little bit more upgraded no offense refugee camp
