Nice newer McDonald's , service was quick and easy , went thru drive thru was quick and the person was very friendly and efficient... McDonald's has great coffee and the new customer points program is fun

I’m sorry I have to say that McDonald’s on Saint Jacques next to the entrance to the 20 W. has seriously gone down when it comes to customer service. The orders continuingly get put together wrong every time I visit. For a simple cheeseburger trio with only two clients (myself and one other person) at the cash I had to wait almost 20 minutes. The restaurant was empty and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a friggin cheeseburger/ bacon trio. They have almost 6 employees walking around in the kitchen ignoring us. After I ordered I asked someone if they can order me another burger for the road and I swear to god it was like they were a deer that was caught staring at car headlights. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but perhaps this review will help make a change. Your orders seriously have to be a lot faster and your employees have to make more of an effort to communicate properly to the clients.

Service at this location is alright. Quality wise they do a good job for a McDonalds. Food here is normally hot and yes there ice cream machine WORKS! Only downfall is that they are sometimes understaffed means you might have to wait a bit.

Today at 1108pm, October 9th, I ordered an orange Pekoe tea.... I got coffee with an orange Pekoe tea bag in it! This is the last straw. Done with this McDonald's!
