This company is hardly ever responsive and it is extremely difficult to communicate. They lack the transparency and have no effort to cooperate during the Covid -19 when many small businesses are suffering. I had a 5-yr contract with them by mistake (still have 9 months left) when I first opened a business due to my inexperienced knowledge in business operation. I have even made a report to small business bureau after first 3 years of frustration but nothing has improved. I would never recommend this company to anyone who is in small businesses.

Van Pro Disposal has been very accommodating during Covid time, they have help myself and my business with their service. Good job by them and we would definitely use them again.

Horrible service and excessive hidden costs on the bill. Regular increases. They even try to back charge for previous years of service that has already been paid for then threaten to cancel your pickup service when you question it. Stay away.
