They are very good and very meticulous. They are also very careful and never hurt you (I've been to other places where they are in such a hurry to make money that they are not careful and I leave with a couple small cuts). Their pricing is fair, $35 for acrylic filling + $5 Covid fee + $5 each nail you want accessories on. I highly recommend them.

They have no respect for people they had me waiting there for 45 min when I tpok am appointement with them days before and then told me to come back another days when I drove 40 mins to go there they make really good nails but their customer services is trash i dont recommend this place

One of the worse experience I’ve ever had!!!! I booked for 2 persons and they forgot to book for 2 and even that we had to wait 45 min. They don’t treat customers with respect!!So bad!!!!

Very disorganised place. I have been there 4 times I took appointment and got confirmation. When I come there its crowded and I end up waiting up to 30 minutes. They should put a better structure in place to manage their bookings. The manicure itself is not bad for the price. The pedicure is ok put Ive had much better experiences in other places

After writing this review, they reached out to me and offered to remove and reapply the gel nailpolish. The result was much better and the gesture well appreciated.*** Original Review***I have been to that place twice in the past and received good service. However, this time it was very disappointing. I had made a reservation for 2PM and all the employees were occupied with other customers, I had to wait around 25 mins for my turn to come.I had booked a Gel Pedicure (55$) and the result was not great at all. The gel was bleeding over my cuticles on each toes and as soon as I got out of the salon some of chipped (because it wasn't applied properly and it was on my toes and not only on my nails).The sad part is that I flagged this to the Lyng beauté team and even sent pictures as proof 15 minutes after I had left and they never even bothered to reply (I saw they read my messages through Messenger)I don't recommend going there for gel pedicures as they are more expensive than average (You would expect a higher quality pedi) and the quality is not worth the money and the after-sale service definitely not professional.

The staff is super nice and their products are really good. Finally an affordable place with good clean service in Saint-Hubert. I will recommend it to all my peers.
