Had a last minute event that took us out of the house for an afternoon-evening and needed some doggie care. Waterloo Pet Services to the puppy rescue! These guys are great. We trust their care for Nukka in so many ways. And have done so for more than a decade.

So happy I found Waterloo Pet Services to care for my senior cat when we're out of town. Murray and Janice are fantastic with my 16-year-old spicy cat, Jack, and provide daily updates via email along with a little report card for when we arrive home. They've gone above and beyond to do extra last minute visits when I had a travel interruption, and even found alternative options for Jack's care if they were unavailable. Definitely puts my mind at ease knowing Murray and Janice are around to take great care of her while we're away. Highly recommend this service to anyone in the KW area looking for a pet sitter!

Melanie watched over our two kitties from Feb 24th to Mar 3rd and we could not be any happier! Murray and Melanie came over to our house ahead of our trip, took time to learn about our kitties and explain services they provide. It was clear right away how serious Murray is about care for all pets and how qualified and trained his staff is. We felt confident and comfortable to leave our furries in their care. Thanks to Melanie and Murray we came back to happy, healthy kitties. Will definitely use their services again!

I am so happy to have found Waterloo Pet Services! My dog loves his walkers and they are extremely caring and reliable. He has a good block of time between his walk and when I can leave work, but he is never climbing the walls when I get home and I know he’s had a great time with WPS! I love that he gets sniff time and play time and lots of snuggles! Greatly appreciate that he has his very own journal too! Just an exceptional business!

When you stumble on a treasure you hang on with both arms! The WPS team is a true treasure. They care about the humans and the doggos here and go above and beyond to support us. Millie and Baxter love WPS so very very much. They took all the time necessary to make us all comfortable and now as a Pet Parent I couldn't imagine being without their support. Murray and Janice (and Marion) are officially part of the family.

Whenever I would go out of town, I would have Waterloo Pet Services (aka Janice and Murray) come by to check in on my 4 cats. The first time I met J&M, they came by to get to know my pets and collect the key. They took a lot of time saying hi to each cat and learning about her personality. I immediately felt safe leaving my animals in their hands, and from that point I used their services many more times, including over the Christmas holidays. I was always so impressed with their care. They would call if they had any questions, clean up very thoroughly, and write a very cute report of who did what and how much everyone ate. They would also play with my pets and keep a close eye on how everyone was doing, which was impressive because I have two anti-social (ex-feral) cats. I loved coming home and reading about what my pets are up to!I don't have J&M come visit anymore because I moved away from Waterloo, and I deeply miss having such a great resource nearby. I highly recommend Janice and Murray and WPS. They have fair prices and they care very deeply.

We always feel better knowing that our pets are in their hands. They have gone out of their way to make our pets happy. I won't take a trip without Waterloo Pet Services on the case. We never worry about our pets when we are gone because we know they are getting the best care.
