We chose Nino Marte Flooring based on reviews and testaments so we thought we owed others who look here for information on local companies a review of our experience.I will keep this short as I know NMF has a chance to respond to this review and one of our issues with them is that they seem to have an answer" for everything.This job was upside down from the start but they seem to have an "answer" or "explanation for every concern. Very good service for hardwood floor installation and refinishing. When a small problem occurred it was fixed without any delay. We are satisfied with the work done by Nino Marte Flooring.

Our experience was very similar to the review from Brian D.When they reached out for final payment we let them know that the job wasn’t fully complete. We thought this was a mistake on their part as only 7 of our 9 stairs had been completed and the stain finishing was very sloppy.We were informed that this was a completed job.We requested someone come out to review the work. The owner arrived the next day. He brought a cleaner and a cloth which he used to clean the stains on my carpet. I also showed him the stains on my walls and baseboards. I was informed that the contract stated I was responsible for touchups, and these were touchups. Although the owner was in my house with a cleaner, he made no effort to clean the sloppy work and was satisfied with what he was looking at. We paid our remaining balance and again let them know we weren’t satisfied with the service provided.Be prepared to hire a second contractor to complete what they won’t and do not have high expectations for the finishing work. None of the pictures on their website look anything close to the finishing work we paid for.

WOW. I had my primary and upstairs landing done by Chris at Nino and what an amazing job. Nino's service during quoting was incredible, the install was perfect, and Briana/Kyla during invoicing were great.Best part was that I went out for quotes and Nino came in the lowest! Highly recommended.

The customer service at Nino Marte Flooring is nothing short of impeccable. Their new showroom is very nice and is not even completed yet. Can't wait to see what it looks like when they've done their own floors because their work is stunning! If you want to go somewhere that you're treated like family, use these guys. Would 100% recommend. They even let me use their printer so that I didn't have to go out of my way to print a form I needed for something else.

I used Nino Marte Flooring , family business, for all floors and stairs in my house, after a thorough shopping around: Excellent products, exceptional customer service, flawless installation, great follow-up and advise from all the staff, no delay in the project: Nino, the owner was very involved in all phases of the project, very very knowledgable, gave best advise since his first visit to the house. Nino is very very professional. Deals with you as family, will come on site when advise is needed. High quality control process. Highly recommend them for all your projects. You'll be amazed by the results. Thank you Nino for making our renovation project a great experience.

Nino went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. His contractors were professional and did an amazing job. Their attention to detail and pride in their work came through on an exceptional job done on my floors and stairs. A bit expensive but I’m so happy with the result.

The staff were very friendly and took the time to really help decide what was best for us. Nino’s suggestions turned out perfectly, he really has an eye for how to complete a modern upscale space. The contractors were super friendly and professional, and the end product was exactly what we wanted. Would recommend and will return for any future flooring needs.

Nino and his team are excellent, courteous and professional. We had new tiles and carpet installed, new baseboard trims installed, new hardwood installed and hardwood floor sanded and stained. We had a time schedule and everything was completed on time too. Everything went well from start to finish, looks amazing and we are very happy with the results. Our house looks great!
