We love to support local businesses and found Nolans Pharmacy a good fit for us but lately the pharmacy services are going downhill. Time to find a new local pharmacy to fill our prescriptions.

Horrible horrible place to deal with was in there again today to pick ip sons and hubbys rxs they couldnt find the meds again so they said they would remake them about 20 minutes or so well i had to come back. This was the second time they have done this to us. Then when went back i asked where is my sons emergency pills until they fax the dr. She said no we gave him already. I said yes for 7 days why didnt you guys fax the dr over a week ago. She said at first no one sent in fax as i kept talking then she said oh yes i remember i sent fax over a week ago well guess what no fax was ever sent to the drs and i talked to drs office for them to send it in . in the meantime there screwup and my son suffers with no meds . this happens all the timewith this store maybe to many people working back there you guys dont know what your doing.Definatly looking for new pharmasist

My prescription was on backorder. I called 5 other pharmacies, Nolan's was the only one that actually cared and helped change my prescription to another type which was in stock.

The pharmacy department is amazing. They have helped me is so many ways. I have SEVERAL doctors prescribing to me. One doctor at the hospital found a problem with my heart meds and discontinued it. I tried to make an appointment with my GP but she was unavailable. Someone else in her office saw me an prescribed something totally unrelated. The pharmacist, met with me right away and suggested I go to urgent Care for a second opinion. Some days I think the pharmacy 8s better at giving advice than the doctors because they are truly looking at everything and working with all practitioners without ego.Thank Nolan's for always going the extra mile for your customers.

I've been getting my prescriptions from Nolans for almost a year, but I've had to move from the area and switch pharmacies a few times, and I will always choose Nolans whenever I'm in Vernon.I am on an insurance plan for low income folks and had no idea my plan expired when I went to refill my prescription over the weekend, but the staff working that day went above and beyond to help me get my much needed daily medication. I have to go in monthly and I have never had an unpleasant experience.All staff are very professional, receptive, patient, kind, and understanding, and all of that helps me feel confident in my choice of pharmacy. To know my health and wellness is as important to them as it is to me, makes me want to stay with them no matter how far away I may live in the future! 10/10 will always reccomend Nolan's Pharmacy to anyone who asks!

Their online portal for flu shots led to me booking an appointment a couple days ago.It was super busy in there like any pharmacy is during flu shot season. The staff seemed relaxed and friendly with all of their patients. All of the patients seemed fine too.I got injected with my shot and only bled a little. In the words of Ben Stiller in Dodgeball, nobody makes me bleed my own blood. . .except the pharmacist."They also had a sufficient number of employees working. Lots of pharmacies tend to not have enough staff working during flu shot season

My experience at Nolan's is always a 5 ***** place for Me!I couldn't of asked for better pharmacists, or or KINDER too, where everybody knows your name & addresses Hi Robbyn

The employees are really sweet and helpful. But I was bit disappointed because I wanted to buy bus pass in middle of the month and ended up paying the full price for the pass.
