Nick came and gave me a quote for a furnace replacement years ago, and while we decided not to replace at that time I never forgot how professional and honest he was. City Furnace was by far the best company in Edmonton to purchase and install our new furnace. Nick from City Furnace is great, he is a true professional and very practical.I felt other HVAC companies we were dealing with lacked knowledge and professionalism and seemed more concerned about pushing us to subscribe to their monthly maintenance contract then solve our furnace problem.

He was very professional and kept us informed since we live five hours away from the job location of the install. Our tenants are very happy with the AC and more comfortable in the summer. He installed the furnace and so the AC unit he installed works very well with the existing system.

Nick at City Furnace came highly recommended. His price (lower than all other quotes we got) and service were outstanding for the air conditioner he installed for us a few months ago. The warranty is also better than others in this industry. Nick was professional and not pushy in recommending the right product (no more than we needed), then prompt, careful and detailed in the installation, and then in providing advice on using the air conditioner and answering a couple of questions since. I waited until we had an opportunity to use the air conditioner for a while to see the result before posting a review. Our house has a south exposure with large windows which means that it has gotten uncomfortably hot consistently since we built 5 years ago. There have been many hot days and humid days this summer but we now live in a comfortable temperature every day. What a difference.
