We were stranded with a leaking water tank.They were ready with a replacement loaded in the truck before they even left the shop.The highest professional standard. I always feel like my needs and requirements are respected and prioritized. Their techs comment on signs of problems that haven't arisen yet and show me what to look for in case they do come up.I'm very happy that I bought into the membership program.

We have Andrew came in to do hot water tank service for our new home. He performed checks in all levels of our house and gave recommendations, and also fixed water leaking issue under the kitchen sink. Jobs are done professionally and thorough. Very satisfied with the services!

Andrew and Carlos, were very thorough and professional. When they called tech support they were given incorrect information which didn't sit right with him. Andrew did some more digging and ended up calling a second tech support a second time and was able to properly diagnose my water heaters problems. They gave me options right then and there for the fix.

Andrew kept me informed every step. Nothing was hidden. Very professional kept everything clean thanks. Just a update had/ have problems with the upstairs toilet being crooked and not enough flow. Called the company back they said both are my problems.. will cost me extra for them to come out. Had no problems with the old toilet. Recommend not using plumbing and heating paramedics. They are supper expensive and customer service sucks. One start is to many

They called to give us our water heater flush and inspection of all plumbing as part of our membership. Nick H came and did all the inspection and we decided on a new water conserving toilet installation as well. The next day Andrew came and installed it and fixed a couple of faucet leaks that Nick had found. All done promptly, no issues and well documented for future reference. Very impressed with how professional and efficient these guys are and am glad to be a part of their membership plan.

Andrew was on time, provided professional service. Did great clean up of the area upon completing the work. Also, Andrew took extra time to fit both new valves into existing space , so there was no need to cut out additional drywall opening..( much appreciated! )He is friendly, explained everything,Very happy with the work done! Will highly recommend this company

Had Plumbing Paramedics visit to quote on a main water valve replacement and the estimate came in at over $800 which seems incredibly overpriced for a 30-60 min job. Ended up calling another reputable company which came in at <1/3 the cost. I'm disappointed to be stuck with the $50 estimate fee (which others were willing to do over the phone for free) but have learned to avoid this company and their price gouging in the future.
