Would give 0 if possible. Don't usually shop here but will never recommend it. Will continue to go to Shoppers Drug Mart. Rude service. Store was clearly open but clerk didn't feel obligated to work. Made every excuse,. saying she starts to close at 5:30 (I got there at 5:45, they close at 6).They don't do this at SDM. If the doors are open, you are on the clock. It's your job!

They are on top of my medications before I am. And all the staff are willing to help out and are really nice.

The pharmacist went out of his way to help us get the prescription we needed. We are from out of town and had run out of meds. They did everything they could to help out. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much for all your help.

Horrible place with nothing but junkies hanging around and asking for smokes or money. They need to fix there priorities from helping junkies get there fix on methadone an better help with the elderly. I will not be going back

Bijou is a great pharmacist, the staff are super friendly and always very helpful. They treat their customers with dignity and respect, and always go above and beyond.

Used to use Walmart because long story short I was forced to use them in the past, but I didn't have a car and moved away from Walmart so it didn't make sense to keep using them, so I switched to Rexall on George st, it makes more sense to use Rexall because they're closer and I can just walk down, but I'm also not waiting an hour for my meds to be prepped like when I was with Walmart, 9/10 times I walk in and ask for my meds because they keep track of when they need to be refilled so they just text me to let me know and I pick them up when I need to, no waiting involved, but even with a new script, they say it will take 15 minutes but it takes them like 5 minutes tops, also with Walmart I've seen like 100 different pharmacists working there, idk any of them, but with Rexall it's the same pharmacist who's nice and courteous, the guy who's been doing it since I've been there and that's great because it's a face I've become familiar with and I know he does it right, idk if there's another pharmacist who's done my meds for me and if there is then they're also great because I've had no issues with them either now here comes the best bit that drove me to write this, went down today to see if by chance they were open despite not having power, pharmacist comes and unlocks the door to ask me what I needed told him they've been filled just needed to picked up, and he went and got them for me even though I'm pretty sure they were closed amen for this place I've been without my meds for a bit due to the storm because I thought they were probably closed before but even though they were they still happily helped me thank God and thank you Rexall

Pharmacist was excellent in understanding my needs for my prescriptions, and went above and beyond to help. Was non-judgmental and supportive.
