My son wanted to change the winter tires, itCosts $165 for the tire change all tires were on their rims, they did also brake check, and they claim this extra cost was because of tires alignment.Extra service they recommend were legit, and we did the whole things outside with less than 30% of their price askedDefinitely wasn't decent experience and I hope I will not go there again

I had these guys replace the spark plugs in our van while we were in the middle of a 3,000 mile road trip due to a misfire in a cylinder. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, honest, and helpful. I would have no issue using them again. We had no other car issues while we were on our trip. Clean waiting area with free drinks.

Came in for an oil change and had a great experience. The service was fast and low wait time. Josh at the desk is very informative and professional ans he answered all of my questions. The office was clean too overallSuper satisfied

I was treated with kindness and respect. I was shown the repairs needed and given the option to do the repairs that I could afford. That is a very great way to treat customers in this very expensive time in our lives. I was notified and kept up-to-date about everything and given options when it was available. I will go back to Midas again and feel comfortable not stressed. Thanks Midas!

After my windshield was cracked during a routine oil change I was lied to. It took my husband coming in for them to do anything about it. After they finally reviewed footage they saw that the tech working on my car did in fact crack my windshield. They told me to get the windshield fixed, bring the bill in and they would reimburse me. That only seems fair as they were the ones who damaged it in the first place. We never spoke to a manager. My husband tried to speak to the manager via phone but he was too busy" to take the calls. My husband emailed him with the invoice so they could pay the company directly. The manager recieved the email as he reached out to the company and the bill had been paid. We never got a response from the manager. He never reached out to apologize for the incident

Had my car serviced at Midas Niagara Falls ON. Paying for car repairs is always a pain but Osama made the experience very pleasant it made the payment less hurtful.

got my oil change done… they accidentally pulled my transmission oil… they said guy is not good with Audi ( so he don’t know about Audi’s). so very next day my engine cover got busted because he didn’t put it back correctly. i went to Midas’s about this problem they said you must have hitted by stone on highway which doesn’t make sense to me and never happened to me. so basically they don’t want to pay and fix it. dont go there.. attaching my engine covers pics too

Honestly this was one of the best experiences I've had at any business, Brad and Mike were so friendly. I went in thinking I only needed my brakes and an oil change done, knowing there were a couple things I had been neglecting... they were very thorough and helpful letting me know all of the things wrong with my car, I stuck around the whole day and watched them help people prioritize repairs that couldn't afford them. They were super helpful and friendly and we had great banter. I will be taking my car here for as long as they're working there!
