I really like the food. But the drive thru seems do very very slow sometimes. Maybe because the food is fresher than most fast food places? Not sure but make sure you plan accordingly if using the drive thru. It does seem quicker if you park and walk in to order.

Ordered a meal. Was told they have no fries or onion rings. So went with some chicken strips. 4 . Got 3 strips and a hunk of just batter. Told them about it. And they'll reply was. Oh. Sorry""

Dairy Free Dilly Bars are great! I wish they had more DF items. DF ice cream cakes, blizzards and peanut buster bars would be good choices for their DF roadmap!

My 3 yr old nieces cone fell off on the floor. He made us pay for another. I think that was totally ridiculous as I’ve worked in restaurants before and it Literally would have cost them nothing but kindness to replace a tiny kids cone.

The drive thru is the slowest way to get your order.There was only 7 cars in front of me. I had ordered thru the mobile app for pick up. I arrived 5 min before my pick up time. I drove away with my order of 2 blizzards 40 minutes after my pick up time slot had passed!I should have chosen inside pick up that was my own mistake.Seriously though, there has to be a better way for this restaurant to move the drive thru lane more quickly and not make everyone wait for every order to be served. Park waiting orders and keep the line moving!

No one in line... no one at the till. Waited at least 5 minutes until our order was taken. Clearly, priority is in the drive-through. Tables were not cleaned recently. Peanut buster Perfit was good as usual.

The customer service is really bad. I came by yesterday and they cut off the lady that was greeting me, and told me to wait as I was replying to her. It was a male voice that cut her off. He was very curt and rude. There was no other car in the drive thru beside the guy that was at the window for a while already. I backed out of the drive thru as I was not going to be talked to in a disrespectful manner, especially when they had next to no customers. The DQ was pretty dead, no vehicles in the parking. I tried again today, and was waiting for 5 minutes at the window after I put in my order of one item. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru this time and barely anyone in the parking lot. No one came to greet me, or let me know it was going to take time, nothing. I drove away as the service is honestly atrocious. I’ve been in the past and the ice cream is melting before you even get your hands on it. Terrible location, terrible staff, terrible food quality. If I could give zero stars, I would for this place.
