Messini Authentic Gyros
I bought a chicken gyro pita and for a place that on its name says authentic gyros, it didn't meet the expectations.My chicken in the gyro was super dry, also the amount of sauce was not enough and I missed more tomato and ones, barely see it there, this wasn't balanced.In terms of price it was $10 which is reasonable, but not good.

I really enjoyed their lamb and beef pita.It was delicious and fresh.Super friendly front of house, she was super accommodating and didn’t give me attitude even though I was literally showing up 2 mins before closing.I will be coming back to try their other dishes if I am in the neighborhood.

Messini Authentic Gyros
Delicious delicious delicious! Chicken was cooked perfect, not dry it was nice and moist with lots of flavour. The fries were good and crunchy. The salad was yummy too just wished it came with lettuce too then it would be perfect. Our meal was so filling. My husband and I will definitely be back again!

Best bang for your buck in Greek town. I hope you’re wearing sweatpants cause the portion sizes are crazy. We got 2 gyro pitas, Greek fries, salad, and 2 pitas and it came out to $29. This could realistically feed 4 hungry people.

Cool classic spot on the Danforth. To be honest my expectations were higher for the food. The Greek salad was the best part. The Greek fried were OK but nothing extraordinary. The gyros which was the main even I was not a fan of. The fries inside were mushy and the whole thing was dry and lacked flavor and did not taste refreshing and flavorful like a good gyros should. The prices are very fair considering portion sizes. The whole experience was OK but not spectacular

Have loved this place for years as in decades. Went back for Mother's day and was so happy. The food the service everything just felt good. Excellent portion sizes. Quick service. Nice variety of food items. But getting the classic pork gyro was the best choice. And wine because like I said. Mother's day.

First time here and decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. Portions are good and filling! Even the salad portion was a very good size. Service is amazing! Fast and always attentive! Quality of food is delicious. Chicken was moist not dry and you can choose one side: either rice, potatoes or fries. I went with potatoes and ordered side rice. Pita wasVery good also. Will definitely come back 5/5

The waiting time to be seated was long, but honestly it was worth it !Servers also need to move alittle faster, we waited about 15-20mins for a glass of water.Nevertheless the food was amazing and I’m definitely going back !!

Nice place for the price. The servers were kind and accommodating for my nut allergy. We ordered the gyro plate and chicken pita dinner. Salad was good and entrees were decent. Calamari was better than expected!!

I have never seen portion sizes like this at any other Toronto restaurant that’s serving this much quality and at a super reasonable price. Lovely food that comes really quick - great spot!
