Attended only once, first appointment was too quick, and after could never get second appointment, kept leaving messages, was told doctor booked for weeks, so no time for my baby. Messages never returned. If a mother wants an appointment then it's important obviously. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. When we met this doctor first, we had a great impression as she appeared patient and caring. However, we yet to see her skills as a doctor more than a year down the road. They dont leave space for the same day appointment. So when my kids are sick and we really need to see her, she is unavailable. Every single time we have to go to the hospital to check if kids have ear infection/strep/pneumonia. So if you are looking for a doctor that will only vaccinate your kids, but do nothing when they are sick - you wont be disappointed.

I guess because they're specialist they think their time is worth better than yours that they don't value your time. Expect to wait an hour or so to see the doctor. They tend to overbooked their schedule and cross their fingers that no one will complain and just go along. Waiting for over an hour and be seen for less than 10 mins isn't really a good experience. Parking is also not free. Find someone else, won't recommend this doctor.

She's an amazing pediatrician. She doesn't rush, hears the concerns well and is very explanatory and comforting.

We moved to Mississauga and I had to change my kids' Pediatrician. I came across Dr. Elkout and the first interaction was pleasant so decided to continue service with her. Do not make the same mistake I made....It is next to impossible to get an appointment. Even when you call with emergency, they won't make time to see your child. Today, I called in for an appointment as my son has been having recurring headache and the earliest appointment they had was 1 month from today's date. Don't take on too much patients...life is not about money! It is about the service you provide....

Editing my review.This doctor was great when we started seeing her almost 9 months ago but she has gotten so busy we can either never get an appointment or when you do, you end up waiting for an hour past your appointment slot. When you finally see the doctor you end up feeling rushed and get less than 5 minutes.Also, you have to pay for parking so when you have to wait it just means you pay more for parking.

I really like the doctor :-) she is very good with kids, patient, professional, caring, friendly :-) Doctor never rushes and I really appreciate that! She takes time to listen to me and answers all the questions ...Also, I have never waited more than 30 mins, but it is quite normal with pediatrician well with any doctor actually... So nothing to be surprised about. Staff is very friendly and professional.
