I live in Callander and hit this location more than once a day. Fast, Friendly and probably the most efficient fast food service I've ever received. At this point they know my voice so when I don't get what I normally order they say no bagel today"

I don't go there often, the few times I have chose this Tim Hortons location I have found their shelves are not well stocked, if I use the drive-thru I've noticed that half the time they don't have what I asked for. It makes it a little frustrating because then I have to drive to a different location to get what I want. It happens so frequently it's almost not worth going to that location.

Our experience at the Pinewood Tim's location was sub- standard & truly disappointing in comparison to other North Bay area Tim's locations. Menu choices were either extremely limited or completely unavailable IAW Tim's staff, which were extremely disorganized, unattentive & as a result provided uncustomary slow & poor service to several customers ordering / dining in that location. Despite having 6 staff members milling about & chatting in the drive-thru area...It took over 15 mins for a Tim's staff member to acknowledge & attend to customer order requestss at the in store ordering counter. The lengthy & unacceptable service delays caused numerous potential customers to simply depart. Once customers who endured the lengthy wait to be served finally placed their respective orders... most customers ordering anything other than coffee, were told that numerous menu items were either extremely limited selection (only 1-4 varieties of baked goods on display & unavailable for restocking), & other menu items were said to be either unavailable or completely sold out. If this unsatisfactory Tim's experience occurred during peak business hours...I would chalk it up to overwhelming peak hour demands, however this unsatisfactory Tims experience was late afternoon on a Sunday, 14 May 2023, with less than 8 customers inside & no more than 3 drive up customers as we all waited over 15 mins to have our orders taken. Definitely NOT my usual Tim's experience, so I thought it should be brought to TIM HORTONS Corp attention. Hope this was an isolated experience & NOT the norm for the Pinewood Tim Hortons location.

March 30 4.32 PMFront lady was racist, she never greeted and throw my food like I was begging from her. If I paid for my food I deserve it in good way. I’ll be complaining to Tim Hortons head office.

The people here were very friendly and the Tim Bits were very fresh. My daughter was so excited because we finally found a Tim Hortons that carries her favourite Tim Bits.

This location is hands down the best Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I am from Southern Ontario and I have never had the most accurate fastest service ever. We moved to North bay and this is the only one we go to. I honestly can't say enough. If you are there, definitely stop by!
