Hello, I am one of the owners of Oasis Pools ltd. We are a family owned business and have been in operation for 61 years. We value our reputation and take very seriously any potential disputes with our customers. We are fortunate in that we have an almost 100% satisfaction rate with our client base. However, as any small business person could tell you, there are times when conflicts arise and cannot be easily resolved. With respect to Mr Layfield, who has reviewed us here, I would encourage him to reach out to me directly so that we may attempt (once again) to address this minor issue. I know that Mr Layfield is an upstanding member of our business community and I look forward to hearing from him on this matter.

Called several times and emailed them no response

Anyone able to comment on a pool restoration by Oasis?

we had our pool rebuilt completely by them, we have some issues after 4 years, some stone cracking and the marble lite coming off. We have called multiple time and had no response. We are willing to pay to have the work done and still no response. I would not recommend this company for any pool work.

I would like to recant my rating of Oasis pools . I learned a valuable lesson today on reviewing businesses. I've been a small business owner for over 25 years and can tell you first hand that the customer is always right . Well,,................ except this time . I had what I believed to be accurate information on the company who built my pool some 30 years ago. LP last year my neighbor had a beautiful pool installed by oasis pools in Burlington. They did such a great job that I ended up speaking to the lead worker . He told me that he was pretty sure that our pool was installed by oasis about 30 years ago and also mentioned the fact that the owner played for the Hamilton tiger cats and had decided to leave the country to play in the NFL but didn't feel the need to pay his outstanding balance. This was the second time I heard the same or similar story. I needed my pool looked at by a professional and since oasis was still in business , no doubt from excellent workmanship and more importantly to me great customer service, I left the number for my father to give them a call. What I failed to realize was that I had scribbled other pool shops name and numbers down on the same paper. I thought oasis was coming here on Tuesday as my father had replied to me when in fact it was a different company altogether that didn't show up or call . After a very negative response I posted on line about oasis pools I received a call from the owner himself. Was he angry ? No . Instead the owner apologized to me for not sending a crew to check the pool when it wasn't even he who had made the mistake. That's what a great company does. Moreover after speaking with him he told me everything I needed to know about what he believed was wrong with the pool. I apologized to him and thanked him for not being hard on me for my stupidity and we hung up . 20 minutes later I heard a knock at the door . Guess who?? Your right it was the owner of Oasis here to look at the pool and make sure he properly advised me on the pool. What a guy !! I was so embarrassed about the unkind and unfounded remarks I had made i just kept saying sorry. After a half hour of checking every nook and cranny we game up with a great plan that fit not only my budget but my serious lack of time to have the pool operational as it's currently for sale. He even said if he couldn't get it done in time he would send in a capable friend . How's that for an amazing business and owner . I sincerely apologise and I know I'll see you in another 30 years building great pools. Thanks again S*e**

I have to share my experience, I had an issue with my pool that no one, and I mean no one could tell me how to fix it for 9 years. Out of the blue I called Oasis and a very polite lady told me right away what was wrong, I did as she said and my problem was fixed immediately. Thank you whoever you are :) I should mention my issue, I have a swim up lounge area in the deep end of my in ground pool that has 6 jets that blow bubbles into the seating area when the vent was opened. Every time I would open the vent water would blow up through the vent like a gusher. Jets worked fine but just no bubbles. I was told many things over the years but this lady informed me that the jets have a little gasket or washer and if one was missing then I would get this result. I pulled the jets out but did not see anything like a washer missing that would prevent the seal so I put the jets back in but I tightened them more than I have ever done and that fixed my issue (I didn't have them tight enough....9 years in a row :( Thanks again Oasis Pools, you were the only people on the planet that could help me.

Great company right down to the small details

After a great deal of research, we choose Oasis Pools to rehabilitate our close to 30 year old in ground cement pool and in ground hot tub.We didn't make a mistake. Our pool and hot tub look fantastic.Their crew was professional,very attentive to details and left our site clean and tidy every day We can't say enough good things about Greg, Jason, Tim and the rest of the team. Job well done !
