Great place if you persue good value instead of customer service. They generally don't have that piece at all. However they did professional job. My mortgage was approved two days before closing and they get the house closed on time successfully. I appreciated it a lot.

Very grumpy and bad and irresponsible lawyer. He didn't communicate with us during the entire transactions and MADE US as CLIENT LOSS $81000CAD because he didn't advise us key info.

I worked with Bryan for my new home. I liked to work with him. Although my deadline was very tight so had to run but I guess it is like that for every closing. Bryan seems nice guy but won't talk much. Affordable and accurate.

Have used his services 3 times in the last few years, each time has been quick and easy. Parking isnt the best but not a big deal.Thanks Bryan!

If there is such an option, I wouldn't hesitate to rate this guy and his office a zero. Absolutely cold and treat you as a cash cow. Ask you to sign documents the minute you are in the door, without any explanation what you are signing. Then you are out of the office. No small talks, no hand shaking, only easy cash. Avoid at all costs.

overall good, I used his service twice. His service is around $500 cheaper for purchasing than lawyers in GTA.

If there was the ability to give no stars then Bryan Tham would definitely earn that. My in-laws dealt with the Kitchener office and tried to get a hold of him several times just to figure out how much money we would need to bring for closing. The secretary was useless, and when Bryan returned my call and left a message, he didn't answer any of my questions and just told me to call him back. In person, he is impersonal, doesn't answer any questions adequately, didn't even offer to shake hands at the end of a business transaction, and belittled my wife because she asked questions. Let's be realistic, lawyers earn a lot of money for what they do. But there is definitely other options out there that provide you with much better piece of mind and service.

I have never written a review, but felt strongly to share my experience. Bryan, it is relevant that the first contact with your office is one of great importance. That person is usually the administrator assistance and l felt I needed to share that for me it was upsetting that when calling your office several times I was left feeling like I was disturbing your staff. When I showed up at your office I tried to be friendly with staff, but was met again with a feeling of not being welcomed. Please let your staff know the importance of making every call to your office be your next client. They are your sales people and have a very important job. Bryan, I appreciated meeting you, but would not return due to having to call the office.
