Merry Maids of Calgary North & SE

Contacted Merry Maids 2 weeks ago for a quote, unfortunately no one ever responded. I understand being busy, however to leave me hanging and not even send a message indicating you’re too busy for new customers feels disrespectful to me.

The Merry Maids team has been awesome! They are dependable, consistent and flexible when needed. We appreciate the care they take in cleaning our home and we're grateful for the pet-friendly products, now that we have a new puppy!

The Merry Maids team has delivered consistently excellent service for us over the past few years. Always punctual, focused on detail, and aware of our special requests. And the team always takes good care of our pup while they are working!

We have been using having Merry Maids as a monthly service for several years and it is such a welcome addition to our home. Extra touches like professional folding for blankets and cleaning in corners that we don't often reach is just such a welcome addition to our home care routine. They are true professionals and take pride in the extra special care of our home.

Wanted to let you know we are very happy with the way the inside of house looks now!! Tiana and Matthew did amazing full clean of both upstairs and downstairs. Really focussed on details. The goal for us was on our hardwood floors and they are super clean and shiny. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room super clean too! We would definitely recommend them to others and have them visit us again in the future.Thanks to them and to you as well for organizing.Debbie and Bob

Really was excited to use Merry Maids because of all the great reviews and how responsive and friendly the office manager was. The first cleaning lady who did a deep clean on our house was great. She did miss cleaning one tub but they very quickly sent someone a few days later to do it.The second cleaning people who came (a man and woman team) did an absolute terrible and I mean TERRIBLE job. Each room was barely cleaned, the garbage in 2 bathrooms was not changed/taken out, the towels were not folded etc. But the worst part of all was when I went into my master bedroom. Look how they made my bed (pic attached) I'm 100% sure my 2 yr old could have done a better job. And to top it off, they vacuumed up my phone charger tore it to shreds and then just left it on my nightstand. Absolutely unbelievable. This is FAR beyond unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

Always do a great and thorough job, no fragrance ladened chemicals or flowery smells when they're done, just a beautifully cleaned house! Matthew is our favorite cleaner, he always tucks our dogs toys into his bed for him, thank you Matthew!!

We had a great experience with Merry Maids. They are very professional and efficient, and provided an excellent assistance. Daniella was fast and gave attention to small details. We are happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Merry maids have been coming now for about a year now. I am very pleased with them. They let me the day before what time coming or if need to alter anything. They do great work, all staff have been friendly and respectful.Had them come clean my basement suite did a great job. They are very efficient and good such that i signed up for biweekly service, all at reasonable rates.
