I only shop for my pets here. I would never buy any of my pet food or products anywhere else. Sergio and his staff are so helpful and kind and appreciative. From the time back in Covid when he would hand deliver products, to just knowing what I need before I come in each week, to bringing in products I wanted to try that he hadn't even stocked. This is service at its finest.

I went to buy some fish stuff and the person in charge told me that they don't keep fish related items. It's mostly cats and dogs relatedBut he still went in to find something and actually found something that I needed. Very nice behavior and customer service.They should start keeping fish items too ! I will change my ratings to 5 stars !But I would definitely say, if you have dogs and /or cats, please visit this store.

Really great pet store. The staff is nice and helpful. They have a lot of variety of toys, food, and treats. The owner usually only stocks the healthier food brands and can provide lots of details on why they are a good choice for your pet.

Best place in Saskatoon to buy your pet food for your fur babies. The owner of the business knows what he's talking about. Highly recommend buying from this pet planet. I will go nowhere else but here because it's a one-stop shop and the best service and friendliest staff around in Saskatoon. Coming here makes me feel like we're part of a family. All I can say is I love this place ❤️❤️. Owner and the staff are the best in town.

I normally go into the store to get my pet food and the people who work there are always so friend! If I could give a rating higher than 5 I would. They particularly went above and beyond in my book this week. We have had minus -40 weather for the last few days and more to come. My car would not start and they were able to delivery the food I needed for my pets on the same day. Amazing service! Highly recommend to everyone!

We had a great experience here today! The employee saw us contemplating a new brand of cat food to try and offered us some free samples instead! He also had a lot of helpful input about the food we were buying for our cats as he was also a cat owner! Fantastic service!
