I come here after work sometimes on my way home. If I'm having a sugar crash then I can get some glucose faster.I just wish there was a separate cash line for beverages only. Especially in the summer months.

Slowest fast food I’ve ever had. This branch is a nightmare. Every time I’ve been in or ordered, there is a problem. The service is consistently slow, staff sit in a chair at the drive thru window, the prep area is unclean, and orders are cancelled at random. The food is decent but it’s honestly not worth the hassle.

I always take fries from Wendy's but for sure I won't recommend this branch. Its 1 whole dollar more expensive than even Toronto Airport Wendy's. The 1 star is not because its more expensive than the other branches but because they prepared the fries and placed it near the window with the window open and no one bothered to handle it to me in the drive thru. Took them a while till the fries started to cool down. No ketchup was offered. Now they are saving on ketchup and the small salt and pepper packs, if u don't ask it u won't get it.

This used to be a good Wendy's to get lunch from before my shift, but I think they hired a new guy because I ordered a triple baconator combo but he put it as a single baconator combo. If this person does this again I will take my business elsewhere.

Busy place at lunch. Still pleasantly surprised that the staff kept a smile on their face during the chaos of a lunch rush. Order was accurate and not sloppily put together.The drive thru design of this location is a nightmare. People clog the parking lot trying to enter from 2 directions at one, and there is a huge blind spot (created by a hill/retaining wall).

Service seems to be a lot slower when you go inside the restaurant, The drive thru is usually pretty quick. The parking lot in this location is a disaster to get in and out especially around 5pm. I never had an issue with the food here and it's one of the only fast food stores that has not messed up my order.

This Wendy's was ok during our visit, the drive through was moving quickly and food was ready right away. Not the biggest fan of their burgers but everything was pretty good.

I had to give 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give 0. And that what they deserve.I stopped in here for a quick bite in my way to work. I went through the drive through. The young lady that took my order, I could not understand her because she was mumbling. When I got to the first window. I was greeted with the debit machine hanging out of the window. She was holding by the cord and I couldn’t even reach it. No hello. Thank you come again just slams the window closed. On the the next window to pick my order up. Window opens, bag stuffed out the window followed by my drink. No words spoken. Just miserable, un motivated and rude. Then the window slams shut.Wow. Great customer service. What’s with this younger generation.I will never return

Put in our order at 8:30 p.m. person who put in their order at 8:34 p.m. got theirs before ours. I questioned as to why. It turns out there was 2 people with the name Jim in the order line. We were the second Jim in the order line, and were overlooked. I asked about compensation for their mistake. Was blatantly told no. Burger King and McDonald's will compensate you with a pie or some little snack, when they make a mistake or take too long. Maybe this play should take Keynotes from McDonald's and Burger King.

Food was great and staff was friendly but was very slow to get the order in the drive thru, ordering took a long time due to the staff not understanding the order. But overall they were super friendly, maybe they were new? I love Wendy's their food is delicious and everything I ordered came out great.
