Bill the store manager is a senior professional. He is also a ball of energy. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the exhaust system problem, quoted a price and had his knowledgeable employees fix my vehicle.My appt was for 9.00amI was out in a hour 1/2. Everybody was very efficient. Oh yeah, the exhaust system is very happy.

I have used Mufflerman many times in the past. It is the BEST!!!!!! Bill and his team are so friendly and so professional. No work is ever done unless necessary.....every detail is explained in a manner that makes you feel comfortable in understanding. Very EFFICIENT!! Very REASONABLE pricing!! I guarantee you will never have a bad experience at this shop!

Excellent service! I had gone in and had the vehicle inspected and fixed in under an hour and it was less than was estimated (and about $100 less than competitors). The workers are very friendly and explained what they were going to do so I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I can't remember the name of the mechanic that worked on my vehicle but he was great with customers, really good spirited (which I find is really rare these days!). I would highly recommend them!

Took my car in to have an alignment...they drove my car into something denting the hood and scratching it to the point of needing to be replaced...when ask the manger on the phone he was very dismissive and didn't even ask other employees or look at a single camera...had to take it back in as it was still pulling to one side .talked to manger in person...started to swear at me..very unprofessional...beware these guys don't care about your vehicle... Will never be returning again

I came to the Mufflerman today expecting a costly repair bill for either a new manifold pipe or muffler. To my surprise the issue was simply a loose nut on the underside of my car. It was fixed and there was no charge!. I have just found my favourite auto shop...

Once again Bill and his team came together to get me on the road right at the end of closing. Towed my truck in just before 5pm yesterday and was on the road by 5:30pm. There great at trouble shooting and this is the third time they got me on the road by days end. I can't say enough about them and recommend them to all my friends. Very friendly bunch of guys Check them out. I think you will be very satisfied with there workmanship.
