Absolutely awful experience trying to purchase coverage. You cannot speak to anyone except the worst interactive voice system I have ever encountered. It is also obvious that TD does not want it's customers to speak to a human under any circumstances. You are referred to the app or website which both cannot support all requests. It was such a frustrating experience that I will be moving my business to a different company. TD has gotten too big that it no longer values it's customers.
