When viewing vehicles inline, MA seem to make an effort NOT to show the exhaust in theur run videos, a very important factor when buying from an auction. Dont get burned. BUYER BEWARE.Also, there new fee structure means that if you buy a 20$ item, the minimum fee will be 100$. Yes, thats a 500% fee per 20$ lot. BUYER BEWARE. this is NOT like other auctions, such as michener allen, who charge fair fees for cheaper items.

I think Richie Brothers do a bunch of work talking you in to signing with them and then the work stops once papers are signed. I would also give some serious thought, if you are selling property with these clowns to have a reserve bid, to make sure you have the ability to walk away when they sell your grandparents whole life for nothing. If I could have given them a half of a star I would have.

I was in here this may 02 2023 to pickup 4 trailer, , one trailer has air tank leaks and can’t drive so I call MR carpenter for help who is yard manager here, no response and next day may 03 again I came here to pickup trailer, no can help I call front desh they transfer to gate and no one answer the call, I was in filed with semi truck, I send 3 hours here for help and no one coming for help,Im not giving advice to even my enemy to come and do business with riche brother in nisku , enough is enough,

Friendliest people around! Everyone there willing to help, showing us where to go and being patient with us. Had low tire pressure and their truck helped us out everyone was excellent even during busy pickup after a huge sale.

We bought an item at their recent auction. So many hidden fees and charges. Horrible customer service. The lady was so rude on the phone and just kept telling us to check the website. We told her we did, but the website is terrible hard to navigate and we needed help. Just basic questions and she wouldn't give us the time of day. Then after being harrassed that we need to pick it up within a day, we had to sit for 2+ hours in the yard waiting to get loaded. We will NEVER use a richie online auction again. Terrible experience.

Horrible communication and change of the rules. Won some items for $50 or less and the want to charge you $100 on top of EACH item. Si bill of 300 turns into 1400 for nothing. They wasted my time dont waste yours with them.

I look forward to Ritchie Bros auctions, I usually end up buying something and transactions have been smooth, even recommend an awesome carrier! Keep up the great work. I find the timed auctions a bit annoying with the count down and time rest. Would like to see top bid takes it.
