As a former employee I can attest that the upper management here is a nightmare. Specifically the general manager Michelle. She is completely condescending to everyone and completely disregards any issues that employees have. Not even to talk about how the last time I was there they gave me a coffee full of grinds and the wrong food lol.

Guys must have been busy because they were out of just about everything. However the staff, the manager in particular was very comprising and offered numerous substitutes, typically in our favor. You know what you're getting when you go to these shops, so the experience is based solely around the staff and I have to say these people earned my 5 stars.

Not a big fan of Tim's Horton's. But, fast food is little scarce in NL especially when out of St. John's area. Returned kinda late one night. Had to he chili was a great filler.

Stopped into Tims Witless Bay at 2:40 pm for a cuppa tea on April 6/22 and was told they were closing the counter service at 3pm. So I said it's only 20 mins. to 3 now".They (she) would not serve me because they were closing at 3pm.No tea and what "Customer Service" they privide.With Customer Service like that make no wonder they can't get workers."

As a former employee I would agree with pretty well all the reviews about this place being slow and always without stuff and really bad upper management.Michelle don’t care about the mental or physical health of any employee. Also most workers and not friendly but there is a few good ones

Tim Hortons Witless Bay has to be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. It’s a shame that they even call it a Tim Hortons because it is more like a dump. They do not clean their machines, pots or anything that you would normally clean a few times a day. They serve expired coffee and coffee that has been sitting in a pot for hours. The long waiting time is horrific as well, waiting for over a half an hour for a coffee is quite ridiculous. This Tim Hortons should close their doors for good and never look back.

I completely dislike tim Hortons however their espresso has improved. And a couple of times it came in handy for a bit bowl of chili.Yeah they do the other coffee and they should endorse the idea of not littering. Most of the garbage I'd Tim's and Mc Donald's.

Lunch hour on a Thursday. Lineup to the street. They had a freight delivery. I saw one, maybe two people dealing with the freight. First was a young man that dealt with paperwork and helped haul in a couple boxes. The other was a young woman who hauled all the boxes to storage by herself. After waiting 20 minutes to have my order taken, I then waited another 30 minutes just to get 2 sandwich meals. I couldn't help but notice the poor young woman that hauled all the boxes to storage also had to rush in to make the sandwiches. Pay her more.
