Just moved to the area. Our new home has both a pool and a spa. I have never owned either one before. This company/store staff are super helpful ,patient,friendly and have taught this newbie a lot. They offer a comprehensive on the spot water analysis and recommend exactly what chemicals you need, the quantity and frequency you need. Their prices are reasonable. Even if if you don't live in the Chambly area they would be worth a trip and give you a chance to visit this beautiful area.☺☺☺

Excellent service! Excellent support aux clients: avant de faire dépenser le client, l’équipe a suggéré diffétentes actions pour éviter un achat d’équipements. Ils prennent le temps de donner des explications claires. L’équipe est d’une très grande écoute et gentillesse. Merci encore pour vos conseils et la rapidité d’exécution!

Prices are double or more than what you need to pay for pool closing products. They wouldn't reimburse me for any of the unopened products my spouse purchased unknowingly.

On Monday 18 May I arrive at 5:10PM because the store is open until 6pm and I get a pretty good service. 24hrs later on Tuesday 19 May I have to go back to retest my water, I show up at 5:30 but the store decided that it is now closing at 5pm. The lady shut the door in the face of 4 customers! Isn’t it the time to make money??? Not sure I will go back!!

I was told a price on the phone for an undercover for my pool liner. When I went to pick it up after 30 minutes of waiting to get in the store because of COVID ; once inside I’m told the undercover is almost twice the price with no possibility of refund even if the product will still wrapped . Manager was rude.Next the found out the price at a competitor was half price.This is the last time at the store ; taking advantage of the situation and the back order or absence of products during the COVID

Ce n'est jamais une expérience agréable que d'aller consulter le laboratoire pour des analyses d'eau. 4 fois sur 5 on est reçu avec une brique et un fanal (attitude condescendante, air bête, etc.). Définitivement pas des champions du service à la clientèle. Comme c'est le seul point de service à Chambly on doit faire avec mais j'ose espérer que ça changera dans le futur.
