Lillie Family Heating & Plumbing Ltd

Two years ago Lillie Family sent a tech to my home for a service, which he performed well, and at that time suggested a further repair soon. I was getting some noise in the boiler so I decided to replace the pilot light and thermocouple while they were here assessing the noise. There were further suggestions made at that second visit, none of which I have done yet. However the pilot light was incorrectly installed and went out 3 times in the next 2 days. Another more professional tech looked after that problem but while here he said there was an issue with the gas regulator which would cost an additional $850, since he was here already that was reduced by $100 and I only paid $1150 for both repairs. The regulator was not one of the suggested repairs by the initial tech, nor was it acting up prior to his work. I know from experience that occasionally parts go wrong during a job, due to banging around during removal or just bad luck. but my trust has been badly shaken by this experience and I will be looking at a different company for my next repairs. I should also mention that Lillie Family has partnered with some other plumbing and heating companies since the initial satisfactory visit. However Lillie dispatched the gentlemen who did my work.

We used Lillie Family about one month ago. Fantastic service. All the way from the receptionist to the technician that came to do the work. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I tend to give to much information but she was very patient throughout the whole conversation. Called later to clarify something and still had the same helpful and friendly service. She definitely is a wonderful asset to the company. She kept me updated thru the waiting process which I really appreciated.!!!

A fella named Shane came by and serviced out hot water tank. He was very nice and professional, even cleaned up before leaving ! Will be contacting this company again !

Install new furnace. Great work, very friendly and professional. On time and all done a clean up in one day. The two tech that came the next day were also very professional and friendly. Very happy with service provided.Would recommend

We were able to book an appointment very easily and a technician was able to come out the same day. Our issue wasnt an emergency but it was urgent, so we were very pleased with how quickly they responded. I will definitely use Lillie Family in the future!!

Our appointment wasn't scheduled in their database, tech wasn't notified, front-end staff denied any knowledge of our address in their database, front-end staff talks dribble when you call, angry man Gary? Or Greg? chose to yell at me when, at 2pm, I had run out of patience and asked for an ETA. He yelled What would you like us to do

Our toilet started leaking from the floor every time we flushed. Shane came and fixed it without needing to be replaced. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. He saved our day. Thanks Shane.

very big shout out to Andrew who did intensive repairs to our heating system and who came out again very promptly the next morning when the heat failed to come on .On both visits we found him extremely professional and very friendly and very understanding of our situation.He sets the standard of excellence which will likely not be matched by anyone else .Thanks again Andrew.

The phone was answered quickly by a person and not a machine. The plumber arrived promptly and he listened to my issue and came up with a flexible solution. He was conscientious and careful doing the job and tested whether everything worked after completing the job rather than rushing off. Very reasonable price and definitely impressed by Lillie Family.

The technicians did an amazing job replacing the hot water heater for my business. The technicians were efficient, very professional, and the staff well trained.
