We worked with Darryl Hylton and the Procenko team on buying our first house when we knew nothing about the housing market or purchasing property. He guided us through every step in the process with professionalism and a welcoming and friendly attitude, never making us feel dumb for asking potentially dumb questions, and patiently making sure we had all the knowledge and insights we needed to make the best and most educated decisions. He was always extremely proactive, responsive, and on the ball, and never left us hanging. Darryl made a potentially overwhelming and stressful situation of buying a home into a comfortable and enjoyable one. 10/10 would recommend!

It has been a long hard road for us to get these houses finished/built in a very difficult 3 year pandemic. I am very happy to give a 5 star review to the Procenko Team! I just sold my mother's/my childhood home and am very happy with the results! I interviewed 4 realtors/teams and chose John and Renee based on my interview, my gut response and great personal testimonials. A full analysis and research was thoughtfully prepared for the interview - which they presented with warmth, knowledge, and down-to-earth, personable care. They listened and helped me clarify my goals, made great recommendations and provided assistance in the downsizing/repair tasks needing to be done.During the getting ready to sell phase and the actual selling they and Jenny in the office have always been patient, responsive, honest, encouraging and helpful. The team provides great customer service which is rare these days! They arranged a great stager (Heather Sally Design Group) and photographer and Renee was willing to help with whatever was needed in the crunch time getting the house ready for the photos and during the 100 showings and busy open houses. The house showed so well! All the more important to me as I live hours away. They kept me up to date on all the info. from the interested parties.Although I knew the house was in a wonderful location, I was amazed at the 19 offers!! Great negotiating experience was in evidence as John dealt with the many, many phone calls, texts and emails back and forth between the many different people. He was always professional, easy going and positive even when some other agents or situations could be frustrating. He presented everything very clearly, answered all my questions and helped make a great deal come through. Kudos to you John!Now, in the time before closing they still check on me and follow the progress along making sure all the calls and paperwork got to the appropriate folks in a timely manner, providing guidance and making other suggestions along the way.I highly recommend John, Renee and team! Hands down, Kristy from the Procenko team is amazing. She actually listened to what we wanted and helped us find the ideal rental property. Anyone can push a house on you, however it takes soweone with campasion and dedication to go the extra mile and find you that needle in a hay stack.

We had approached John and Renee regarding the possible future sale of my senior citizen mother in law's home back in 2021. At that time they gave us some quality suggestions which we could act upon even well in advance of her putting her long time family home up for sale.
