CIBC Branch with ATM

The worst branch you can ever ever see. All the services are done with the lowest quality and the manager is just watching at customers' anger. You can see there is no respect to the customers in this branch.

I've been banking here for years and always had problems with every single staff member here, including the manager. The old ladies at the front are so disgusting with their attitude towards me EVERY TIME I go in here for the most BASIC THINGS, and the lack of help from everyone here is astonishing. Stay away from this branch. I've had issues with the other branches here in town, but this one's by far the worst. If you can't hire new people to work the front desk and only have old boomers who don't know how to operate a fricking computer, then you know there's a HUGE problem here. Time to retire, ladies.

Some of the absolute worst customer service I ever had the misfortune of experiencing in my life. I can’t think of one pleasant interaction I’ve ever had with counter staff at this location. If you hate serving customers, why even apply? It’s right there in the job description for goodness sake! So glad I am able to do the majority of my banking with a credit union, and a bit I need to do with CIBC I can mainly manage online.

worst BANK ever stay away

Been a customer here for over 30 years. Super friendly staff who always take care of me. Maybe the people that left poor reviews should look in the mirror. Their problem is probably looking back at them.

Great service, I have never had a poor experience in 20 plus years of being a customer at this branch. Moved to this branch after a terrible experience at another branch.

The comments don't lie this is one of the worst locations in town for CIBC. Rude people work here. Totally ignorant of people's feelings and every time I come here is nothing but a huge waste of time.
