Pentian Construction

We built a house with this company 6years ago.They use all very cheap materials and no work ethics. Our heat pump broke already 3times. The repair man says that Pentian used too cheap materials for this size of a house.Our powder room sink was already leaking when they were still building , but they say it's okay and didn't do anything.(when we moved in they were still building for 1 more month. No compensation what so ever)We found out that our neighbors who built with other companies like Nadon and another one that I don't remember the name have much more quality materials. (Stairs, doors,outside ,wash rooms and specially kitchen)I would recommend to no one this company. We feel we are cheated.

Will not honor their brand new construction guarantee. ++ issues like roof. will not take responsibility. beware. very sad how they can do this families...
